Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Wichita, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
