Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Insurance Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
