Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Nova Orchard Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
