Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Westbrook Fox Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
