Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Lumen Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Birmingham. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
