Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Redstone Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Diego, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
