Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Redstone North Markets serves neighbourhoods around Detroit with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
