Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Northwind Harbor Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
