Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Lakeside Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
