Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Financial Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
