Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Buffalo. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
