Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Foxglove River Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Nashville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
