Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
