Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Timber Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
