Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
