Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Orchard Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 279 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
