Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
