Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Greenridge Technologies is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
