Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
