Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Lumen Juniper Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
