Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tulsa, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
