Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
