Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Clearpath Financial Group serves customers across Des Moines with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 866 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
