Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
