Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Redstone Quill Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
