Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Rivermark North Financial serves customers across Chicago with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
