Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
