Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
