Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oakland, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
