Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Fernwood Union Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
