Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Silverline Field Financial Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
