Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Fernwood Iron Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
