Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bright Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
