Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Fernwood Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the San Antonio region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
