Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Harborlight Fox Medical is a Birmingham company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
