Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Vista Financial Group serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
