Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Highbridge Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Des Moines. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
