Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Ironwood Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
