Product Manager - internal tools (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Forge Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
