Product Manager - internal tools (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Raleigh, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
