Product Manager - internal tools (Providence, RI)

Nova Willow Insurance Group is an insurance company in Providence with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
