Product Manager - internal tools (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Pike Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Providence, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
