Product Manager - internal tools (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Portland with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 417 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
