Product Manager - internal tools (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Pharma Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
