Product Manager - internal tools (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Hollow Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
