Product Manager - internal tools (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
