Product Manager - internal tools (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
