Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Iron Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
