Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
