Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Phoenix. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
